Role Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity to join an enthusiastic and forward-looking team of 8 Educational Psychologists in the Scottish Borders on a permanent, full-time basis. SBC EPS is a supportive, innovative service with excellent relationships with schools, Education Service senior leadership and multi-agency partners. We have a clear focus on applying psychology with a strong emphasis on intervention and assessment using consultation, and we commit 40% of our working time to training and research to support the effective inclusion of all young people.
Essential
- You will be fully registered as an Educational Psychologist in the United Kingdom with the Health and Care Professions Council (or working towards the relevant Qualification in Educational Psychology as a current Year 3 Trainee Educational Psychologist.)
- You will have an Honours Degree (or equivalent) in Psychology, and an accredited postgraduate qualification (minimum stage 1) in educational psychology.
