We are excited to offer an opening for a Business Support Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge working in an environment where no two days are the same. As a Business Support Assistant, you’ll primarily provide administration support to the Environment & Infrastructure department.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Managing mailboxes
- Answering telephones
- Use of SBC bespoke systems and Microsoft packages
- Allocating enquiries to the relevant area
- Organising and processing information
- Working closely with staff in Business Support as well as the different areas of Environment & Infrastructure such as Trade Waste, Roads and Parks & Environment
Essential
Minimum of 3 Standard Grades at level 1, 2, 3 (or equivalent), including English.
