Role Purpose
To provide a range of support to the Schools Management team, through administering, organising, assessing and processing information. Carry out a range of activities using prescribed procedures which assist in providing solutions to support business needs which are aligned to Council policies. Provide confidential support in line with procedures and guidelines. Provide high standards of customer care. Handle general enquiries by acting as an initial point of contact for customers, where possible answering enquiries or passing them on to relevant member of staff to ensure that the enquiry is dealt with appropriately and to the satisfaction of the customer.
Essential
Minimum of 3 Standard Grades at level 1, 2, 3 (or equivalent), including English.
