Training: All training is provided.
Requirements:
- PVG Adults – we will do this for you!
- Experience of working in a social care setting
- Able to lead the team overnight and have responsibility for the delivery of care
- Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of service users and staff within the building
- Support staff to provide a high standard of care to service users
- Lead member of staff when dealing with critical unplanned events which involve contacting Out of Hours Managers and/or emergency services
