Hourly Rate: Β£22.26 - Β£24.05 Contract Duration: Permanent Role PurposeAn exciting opportunity has become available to join our team here at SBc Contracts in the role of Quantity Surveyor. This role is to undertake Quantity Surveying on a diverse portfolio of construction and engineering projects including Civil Engineering Groundworks, Road Construction and Maintenance, Bridgeworks, Flood Defences, Drainage, Footpath and Cycleways, and Public Building works within Schools, Care Homes, Offices etc. Ensuring delivery to agreed quality, budget and programme requirements you will work within the Commercial Team to produce valuations, procurement processes, subcontractor arrangements, cost forecasting and contract administration, while supporting business development, income generation and continuous improvement initiatives.
