Role Purpose

Three Business Support Assistant roles have become available at the Hawick Contact Centre. This role will suit you if you are a people person and a fast learner with excellent IT and Customer Service skills. We are looking for full time, however will consider part time that fits in with other commitments (such as caring responsibilities, study etc). This may suit if your college/Uni Course leaves you with regular free time. This post will be based from Hawick, however Hybrid working will be available once suitable training has been completed.

The main task will be dealing with customers contacting Customer Advice and Support via telephone, assisting with enquiries.
