We have an exciting opportunity for a Modern Apprentice to join our Business Support Team, providing essential administrative support to Social Work professionals across both Children's and Adults Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a busy and rewarding environment while working towards a nationally recognised Business & Administration SCQF Level 6 qualification through an approved training provider. What You'll Be Doing: As part of our team, you'll play an important administrative role in supporting frontline social work services and helping us deliver the best possible service to our communities. Your duties may include: Answering and directing telephone calls Typing and distributing letters and correspondence Taking and distributing meeting minutes Monitoring team email inboxes Processing incoming work on Mosaic Managing Corporate Appointee administration tasks Inputting and maintaining data across various databases and spreadsheets Using a range of council systems including Mosaic, Business World, OneDrive, the Intranet and Microsoft Office applications What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: ✔ Has good communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Is organised and able to manage a variety of tasks ✔ Is keen to learn new systems and processes ✔ Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team ✔ Has a positive attitude and a willingness to develop new skills ✔ Is committed to completing the apprenticeship qualification Why Join Us?
