Role Purpose\n
Employability Service Team Leader
\n
Based within the Economic Development Team in Resilient Communities, the Employability Service Team Leader will lead, manage and develop the No One Left Behind (NOLB) Pre-Employability Team. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high quality employability services that support individuals facing barriers to employment to progress towards sustainable jobs, training and education opportunities.

Reporting to the Employability Lead Officer, you will work closely with partners across the Local Employability Partnership to help deliver local and national employability priorities and improve outcomes for people across the Scottish Borders.

Essential\n
Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or evidence of comparable experience and training.

A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
