Role Purpose

Hawick High School English Department have a vacancy to join their team on a temporary basis and welcome applications from not only secondary colleagues but primary based teachers too. The successful candidate will strive to enable all young people to become successful learners, confident individuals, responsible citizens and effective contributors as part of the school team.

  • A teaching qualification in English or Primary Education
  • Full registration with The General Teaching Council for Scotland or Provisional Registration if Probationary period has not yet been completed.
