The predicted salary is between 28080 - 30379 £ per year.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the ERP Systems Support team to assist with the development and ongoing support of core financial systems within the Council.

This is a great time to be joining the team as we embark on a number of digital transformational programmes and look to enhance the way in which the Council operates and engages with employees and customers in a digital manner.

The successful candidate will play a key role in these projects and be involved in testing and supporting users as we implement these new ways of working. On an ongoing basis you will be responsible for ensuring all users are supported in accessing the systems and that support/training materials are maintained and reflective of changes implemented.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the routine interfaces are actioned and recorded in line with established control mechanisms.

Essential
  • Have an HND or equivalent in related area or substantial relevant experience
