Due to progression, we are looking for a motivated and compassionate Employment Support Worker to join our team.
You will work with people on a 1:1 or small group basis to help them reach their potential, build confidence, and move to fair, sustainable employment.
What you'll be doing
- Building positive, supportive relationships with participants.
- Developing personalised action plans and setting achievable goals.
- Supporting individuals to improve confidence, skills and employability.
- Helping people access training, volunteering and employment opportunities.
- Working collaboratively with employers, partners and local services.
- Maintaining accurate records and monitoring progress.
