The Role:
Both posts will be based in the Enhanced Dementia Unit within Waverley Residential Home. Responsibilities include:
- Providing person-centred practical and emotional support to empower the people we care for, as outlined in individual support plans.
- Promoting the health and well-being of the people we support and ensuring their needs are met in an inclusive way.
- Supporting, enabling and involving service users in all aspects of their lives, including personal care, eating, drinking, and mobility if necessary.
- Being responsible for the safe administration of Service Users' medication, following relevant training.
