Role Purpose

You will be an inspirational leader who models the highest professional standards, fosters a culture of inclusion and ambition and works collaboratively with learners, staff, parents, partners and the wider community to secure excellent outcomes for all learners.

Essential

  • A degree in a relevant subject.
  • A Post Graduate Certificate in Primary Education.
  • Full Registration with the General Teaching Council (of Scotland) or an assurance from GTC that full registration would be forthcoming.
  • A qualification in education leadership, such as Into Headship or equivalent or a commitment to achieve this within the required timescale.
