Scottish Borders Council is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Catering Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality school meals across a designated group of schools. This role involves the day-to-day coordination of catering services, supporting and supervising catering teams, and ensuring compliance with national nutritional standards, food safety legislation and Council procedures. You will work closely with schools and internal colleagues to ensure a consistent, efficient and customer-focused service.

- SVQ 2 in Catering & Hospitality or appropriate equivalent.

The post-holder will be required to work towards achieving the City & Guilds Manual Handling Train the Trainer certified Instructor.
