£14.22 – 14.92 per hour (£27,362 - £28,709 pro rata, inclusive of £3,120 island allowance)

As an Autism Practitioner, you will work across Housing Support & Outreach services to:
- Develop personalised support plans and build positive relationships.
- Support individuals in making choices, exploring interests, and to live independently.
- Partner with families and healthcare professionals to focus on each individual’s goals.
