Connections is an information, advice and support hub for adults who identify as autistic, at any point of their journey. Providing 1:1 information and advice via phone, email or in person, peer support groups, as well as signposting and support to access other services and activities within the local area. We are looking for a committed and motivated Community Advisor to join our team at Connections, Dundee. This is part of a test for change project in partnership with Dundee Health & Social Care Partnership and NHS Tayside, shaped by local autistic voices.
