Elevate Training and Consultancy is looking for a proactive and imaginative Customer Engagement and Marketing Officer to join our friendly and dynamic team here at Scottish Autism. You will play a key role in the continued development of Elevate - our Training and Consultancy services - helping us reach new audiences, grow our impact, and ensure every customer interaction is thoughtful and engaging.

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for training and consultancy enquiries and play an essential role in promoting our services and ensuring smooth, professional customer journeys from start to finish. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be involved in everything from coordinating bookings and handling feedback to creating engaging marketing content and supporting event logistics. You will also support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns, helping to build awareness of our services and strengthen our Elevate brand across Scotland and beyond. Whether it’s writing compelling copy, creating content for social media, managing CRM data, or working closely with stakeholders, you will bring energy, organisation, and creativity to everything you do.
