What You'll Do: As an Autism Practitioner, you'll:
- Build positive relationships with supported people and their families
- Develop and deliver personalised support plans
- Promote independence, active citizenship, and community inclusion
- Support daily living activities, from household tasks to personal care
- Be a part of someone's journey toward achieving their goals and aspirations
