Autism Practitioners – Orkney New Year, New Career! Become an Autism Practitioner in Orkney Full-time and Part-time positions available £13.62 – £14.37 per hour (£26,208 – £27,646 pro rata, inclusive of £3,120 island allowance) £96 per sleepover SA 726 Are you ready for a fresh start in 2025? As an Autism Practitioner, you will work across Housing Support & Outreach services to: – Develop personalised support plans and build positive relationships. – Support individuals in making choices, exploring interests, and to live independently. – Partner with families and healthcare professionals to focus on each individual’s goals. Some activities the people we support enjoy: – Swimming, – Visiting the lifestyle centre, – Going out for meals and to local coffee shops, – Long, scenic walks, – Attending seasonal events.
