What You’ll Do:
- Build positive relationships with supported people and their families.
- Develop and deliver personalised support plans.
- Promote independence, active citizenship, and community inclusion.
- Support daily living activities, from household tasks to personal care.
- Be a part of someone’s journey toward achieving their goals and aspirations.
Shifts include evenings, weekends and split shifts, so flexibility is essential. A full UK driving licence is desirable.
