Part Time | Fixed Term March 2027 | Home-based – travel across Scotland required at times

14.5 hours per week | Flexible working across 4 or 5 days (can be discussed)

Salary: Starting at £29,607 (pro rata), rising to £30,061 after probation. Opportunity to progress to £31,762 at your own pace.

We’re looking for a proactive and imaginative Customer Engagement and Marketing Officer to join our friendly and dynamic team here at Scottish Autism. You’ll play a key role in the continued development of Elevate - our Training and Consultancy services - helping us reach new audiences, grow our impact, and ensure every customer interaction is thoughtful and engaging.

About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for training and consultancy enquiries and play an essential role in promoting our services and ensuring smooth, professional customer journeys from start to finish. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be involved in everything from coordinating bookings and handling feedback to creating engaging marketing content and supporting event logistics. You’ll also support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns, helping to build awareness of our services and strengthen our Elevate brand across Scotland and beyond. Whether it’s writing compelling copy, creating content for social media, managing CRM data, or working closely with stakeholders, you’ll bring energy, organisation, and creativity to everything you do.
