What You’ll Do: Support autistic individuals across a mixture of outreach, housing support, and residential services to lead happy and fulfilling lives. Develop individuals' independence, confidence, and everyday life skills, including managing and maintaining their own tenancy, household tasks, cooking, budgeting, and paying bills. Support people to build confidence in relationships, access groups, activities, and local amenities, and become more involved in their communities. Support individuals to achieve personal goals, while promoting their voice, choice in all aspects of their lives. Personal care is an essential part of the role and will vary depending on individual needs. This may include support with toileting, medication, bathing, and oral hygiene. This is a 24/7 service, and you'll work a fixed rota covering a mix of morning, day, evening, sleepover and weekend shifts.
