The role will work closely with coaches, volunteers and club leaders to implement a clear progression framework and sustainable coaching workforce.
The post is funded by Ayr Seaforth AC and sportscotland, offers hybrid working from Ayr and requires evening/weekend availability, with a starting salary of £6,994
