Stonemason Apprentice

Job Overview

Job purpose

As a stonemason, you will work on a variety of projects, from bespoke stone cladding on new build properties to restoring listed buildings.

You will learn all aspects of stonemasonry, both at the training centre and on site. These include, but are not limited to:

• lime pointing
• stone cutting & carving
• dry stone walling
• stone cladding

The ideal candidate would be based in the Inverness area, as college learning is in Elgin and on-site work is in and around Inverness. A driver’s license would be advantageous but not essential. We are looking for a hardworking, conscientious individual who can work well as part of a team and enjoys working outdoors.
