We’re working with NatWest to deliver a 12-day bootcamp targeting young people from underrepresented backgrounds to give them the best chance of securing an apprenticeship role with NatWest. Successfully completing the bootcamp guarantees an interview with NatWest.

What’s on offer?

On The Data Analytics Apprenticeship, You’ll

  • Extract, analyse, and interpret business data.
  • Create dashboards and reports for strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet data needs.
  • Support quality assurance and ensure data accuracy.
  • Lead communication efforts to embed data insights in the business.

Eligibility

We are looking for young people who are passionate about building a career in Digital & Technology. You don’t need previous experience, but you do need to show evidence of a genuine interest in the role and the banking sector.

Education

We work in areas where talent struggles to find opportunity, and so we are specifically looking for young people who were eligible for free school meals, or from areas of low educational attainment, or have faced personal disadvantage. To be eligible you must meet the following criteria:

  • Did not attend a fee-paying school
  • Received free school meals and/or require additional support to access careers
  • 5 National 5 qualifications in Scotland (Grade A-C) and Higher (or equivalent) in a STEM or related field.
