As an apprentice with Semefab, you will join a well-established organization where you will receive training and support to develop valuable skills, earn qualifications, and establish yourself as a valued member of the Equipment Engineering team.

The program follows the Apprenticeship Framework, attending college on a day-release basis while working towards a Modern Apprenticeship SVQ Level 3 in Engineering. When not at college, you will develop practical skills within the Equipment Engineering department.

  • Minimum of Nat 5 in English and Maths (grade 3 or above); a science or technical subject is advantageous.
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and multitask effectively.
  • Logical thinker with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good computer skills required.
