Job role: Modern Apprentice Early Years Practitioner

Reports to: Nursery Manager

Responsible For

Our Modern Apprentice Early Years Practitioners are responsible for providing a high standard of learning, development and care for our children, which is steeped in the knowledge of attachment theory and early brain development. Supported by our Nursery Manager and Deputy Nursery Manager, our team will nurture environments that are emotionally and physically safe.

Lullaby Lane Nurseries

Lullaby Lane Nurseries is an Attachment Led Nursery, based in the heart of Milngavie and Lethamhill, specialising in the care of children aged 0-5 years old, the most formative years of a child’s life. There is a wealth of research to indicate the environment a child is exposed to, in the very earliest of years, has an impact on how they develop cognitively, emotionally and socially, which they take with them through into adulthood.

Salary Banding: £16,640 per annum

Scottish Living Wage Accredited

Annual Leave: 28 days for full-time employees, with additional leave awarded for continued service

Hours of Work: 4 days per week, 7.15am-6.15pm
