Job Overview
Job purpose
You will be involved in the Council\’s Modern Apprenticeship Scheme and will be supervised to undertake the following tasks:
Production and handling of documents
Following processes and procedures
Maintaining efficient Electronic and Manual Filing systems
Providing a service to customers.
Using ICT to complete tasks
Contributing to apprentice forums and participate in case-studies
Other Duties As Required
You will be working full time whilst also working towards completing a Level 6 SVQ in Business and Administration. You will be supported throughout and will have lots of opportunities to learn from others.
Professional communication with clients, team members and external agencies.
Working with others to provide a high quality customer service to maintain and build on the company\’s reputation.
Following procedures to ensure regulations are adhered to.
A good standard of education: National 4 or 5s or equivalent.
Demonstrate an interest and enthusiasm in working in an office environment/business administration.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with office IT systems/software.
