Job Overview
Job purpose
Accountancy practices have a lot of administration, management of deadlines and rules with which to comply. Reporting into the Practice Director, the role of the Office Administrator is to help make the practice run as smoothly as possible. The administrator will work as a core and important part of our team of 12 staff.
Client onboarding
Email and mail handling
Filing and client file maintenance
Basic payroll and bookkeeping

Communication and marketing
Meeting organisation
Client engagement
If you are exceptionally organised, proactive and pay attention to detail then you will fit into the role brilliantly.
The role will include speaking to / emailing clients and welcoming them to the office for meetings so good communications are also important.
