Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options availableThe roleAs Product Analyst with a focus on Digital, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our Digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, engineers, delivery leads to ensure the successful development, implementation, and optimization of Digital solutions:You will- Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and associated data/integrations and collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and detailed specifications.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data team, delivery lead and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of products into existing systems and processes.- Ensure successful delivery of products using Agile methodologies.- Conduct gap analysis, recommend solutions, and propose improvements to business processes and systems to support efficient and effective product delivery.You have- In depth understanding of data and API integration, preferred experience on Databricks Lakhouse/lakebase, Unity Catalogue, Delta Share etc- Experience with Agile methodologies and proficiency in Business Process Mapping.- Understanding of Agile software development practices, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.- Experience using tools such as Miro / Whiteboard, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Figma , HubSpot, Power BI or similar data and analytics platforms.- We do this by developing, building, operating and investing in electricity infrastructure and businesses needed in the energy transition. This includes electricity transmission and distribution networks, onshore and offshore wind farms, hydro-electric power and flexible thermal generation.
