Base Location: For this role, we require successful applicants to be based from one of our Scottish locations and you'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in the office – Perth.Salary: 36,200 - 54,400 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options availableThe roleThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Innovation team within SSEN Transmission in a brand-new role that will help shape how innovation is measured, reported and communicated across the business. As an Innovation Data & Reporting Analyst, you'll become the trusted owner of the innovation reporting and data platform, providing the insight and evidence needed to support decision-making, demonstrate the value of innovation and help drive continuous improvement. Working with colleagues across the organisation, you'll ensure innovation activity is visible, well governed and supported by high-quality data that informs both strategic decisions and regulatory reporting. You willOwn and develop the innovation data platform, ensuring it remains a trusted source of information across the innovation portfolio. Produce meaningful reports, dashboards and insights that help leaders understand portfolio performance, risks, trends and opportunities. Work with project teams and stakeholders across the business to improve data quality, consistency and reporting standards. Track and evidence the benefits delivered through innovation projects, helping demonstrate their value and impact. Identify opportunities to improve how innovation data is captured, analysed and reported, supporting the continued evolution of innovation across SSEN Transmission. You haveExperience managing and analysing data within reporting systems, dashboards or business intelligence tools such as Power BI. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear, meaningful insight for a range of audiences. Experience maintaining data quality, governance standards and assurance processes across multiple projects or areas of work. The confidence to build relationships with stakeholders and positively challenge where improvements are needed. A proactive, organised and continuous improvement mindset, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
