Overview
In this role you will support the operation and ongoing improvement of asset management data, focusing on IBM Maximo as the core system. You will work with project teams to ensure data quality and timely delivery of asset information within a regulated environment. You’ll contribute to developing the asset register and enable data-driven decisions across maintenance and operations. The position blends data management with stakeholder collaboration to sustain reliable, compliant asset information in support of the energy transition.

Responsibilities
- Support the construction of planned maintenance within IBM Maximo and contribute to the asset register development
- Perform data entry, mapping, validation and manipulation to ensure accuracy and alignment with specifications
- Prepare deliverable load files and safeguard data quality throughout projects and operations
- Collaborate with project teams to meet milestones on time and to quality standards
- Monitor vendor and supplier data deliverables and provide reporting on performance indicators and trends
Key requirements
- Experience in a similar asset information or asset management role with strong knowledge of IBM Maximo
- Experience with ETL activity, including data extraction, transformation and loading in IBM Maximo and other systems
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities for complex data scenarios
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement
