Location: Offshore, with ability to mobilise from Ports across North East England.

Salary: 44,000 - 65,900 + car /car allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

We're looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to support our portfolio of UK offshore renewable energy projects, working across both development and construction phases.

This is a varied, site-focused role that combines practical safety leadership, stakeholder engagement and regulatory compliance to help ensure our projects are delivered safely and successfully.

Working on a rotational offshore basis, initially on Dogger Bank SOV's, you'll support activities across a number of offshore construction sites, providing expert guidance and helping to embed a strong safety culture throughout the project lifecycle.

You will Provide expert Health & Safety support, advice and guidance to Offshore Project Managers, Package Managers and wider project teams.

Ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety legislation, standards and project requirements across offshore activities.

Deliver day-to-day Health & Safety support throughout project development, construction and execution phases.

Conduct due diligence reviews, audits and Health & Safety assessments of contractors, suppliers and partner organisations where required.

Support multiple projects and workstreams, adapting to changing priorities and providing flexible safety leadership across the portfolio.

You have Experience within offshore wind construction, marine operations or other high-risk operational environments is desirable, although not essential.

Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and a passion for creating safe, compliant and high-performing workplaces.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capability, with the ability to assess risk, simplify complex issues and develop practical solutions.

A recognised Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH, IOSH membership (or equivalent), or a commitment to working towards professional accreditation.

A full UK driving licence with willingness and ability to travel to offshore project locations as required is essential.
