  • Support development and implementation of the emerging Pre‐Gate 0 Framework, including governance routes, assurance controls, readiness requirements, operating procedures and information standards.
  • Provide governance and assurance support across Investment Planning activities, including management of obligations, reporting requirements and business readiness activities.
  • Develop and maintain scalable reporting, workflow and information management solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint.
  • Lead and develop PMO process capability, supporting Process Leads and Project Information Officers while driving continuous improvement, data quality and governance excellence.

You have:

  • Strong experience in process design, service development and continuous improvement, with the ability to create scalable and sustainable ways of working.
  • Experience across one or more of the following areas: Governance & Assurance, Change Management & Adoption, Business Readiness, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, Information Management.
  • Experience developing effective reporting, workflow and governance solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint or similar digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of governance, reporting and assurance, with experience supporting strategic programmes, business transformation or regulatory change and translating business requirements into practical solutions.
  • A degree-level or professional qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
