Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality testing activities across your workstream to ensure reliability and user-fit
- Build strong collaborative relationships with delivery teams, stakeholders, and business colleagues
- Provide test expertise throughout the delivery lifecycle (planning, execution, defect management, reporting)
- Work with Delivery Leads to define testing approaches, environments, data requirements, and delivery plans
- Champion continuous improvement to enhance testing practices, processes, and quality standards
- Support and mentor colleagues, role model best practice, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture
Key requirements
- Ability to work in changing environments with iterative/adaptive methods
- Solid understanding of testing best practice and development lifecycle
- Ability to adapt testing processes to optimise delivery outcomes
- Experience applying risk-based testing techniques
- Proficiency with multiple test management tools
- Ability to negotiate timelines and delivery metrics across the product lifecycle
- Ability to motivate and lead a team of testers and report to management
