Location: You'll be expected to spend at least 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, Inverness, Reading, Havant, Belfast or Dublin.
Other SSE Renewables locations may be considered.
Salary: 68,100 - 102,100/90,300 - 135,500 + car/car allowance-if applicable + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available The role SSE Renewables is developing and delivering some of the largest offshore wind projects in the UK and Ireland, and we're looking for a Project Engineering Manager to play a leading role in that journey.
This is a key leadership position where you'll bring together multidisciplinary engineering teams, drive engineering strategy and provide the technical direction needed to deliver complex offshore wind projects successfully.
You'll have the opportunity to influence major project decisions, develop talented engineers and help shape assets that will generate clean energy for decades to come.
You will Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality offshore wind projects.
Drive engineering design development, ensuring technical solutions support project objectives, programme requirements and long-term value.
Provide engineering assurance and technical leadership to support key project, technology and investment decisions.
Work closely with specialist engineering teams to ensure projects have the capability, resources and expertise needed to succeed.
Develop engineering delivery plans, schedules and resource strategies that enable projects to meet critical milestones.
You have Experience leading engineering activities on offshore wind projects or other large-scale infrastructure, energy or construction developments.
Strong technical understanding of engineering design development, technical assurance and risk management.
The ability to understand both the technical and commercial implications of engineering decisions.
Proven experience leading, influencing and developing multidisciplinary teams within complex project environments.
A collaborative leadership style, with a passion for engineering excellence, continuous improvement and helping others succeed.
