Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of the project's engineering strategy, design basis and programme
- Build, lead and coordinate a high-performing multidisciplinary design team
- Act as the accountable lead for engineering design development and manage interfaces across functions
- Oversee engineering consultants and third-party organisations to ensure high-quality outputs
- Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders on progress, risks, opportunities and decisions
- Key requirements
- Significant experience leading design development of large-scale, high-value energy or infrastructure projects (preferably offshore wind)
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams in direct and matrix structures
