  • Lead the development and delivery of the project's engineering strategy, design basis and programme
  • Build, lead and coordinate a high-performing multidisciplinary design team
  • Act as the accountable lead for engineering design development and manage interfaces across functions
  • Oversee engineering consultants and third-party organisations to ensure high-quality outputs
  • Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders on progress, risks, opportunities and decisions
