Overview
As a Product Analyst focusing on Digital, you will shape the direction of SSE's Digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful development, implementation, and optimization of digital solutions. You will translate business requirements into clear specifications and use user feedback for continuous improvement. You will apply Agile delivery practices to align backlog priorities with business goals, contributing to SSE's energy transition through digital enablement.

Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and data/integrations to define detailed specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, data teams, delivery leads and stakeholders to integrate products into existing systems
- Collect and analyze user feedback to refine features with a user-centric approach
- Deliver products using Agile methodologies
- Manage and refine product backlogs with Product Owners and cross-functional teams
- Conduct gap analyses and propose improvements to processes and systems
Key requirements
- Deep understanding of data and API integration
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Business Process Mapping
- Familiarity with Agile software development practices (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience with tools such as Miro, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Figma, HubSpot, Power BI
- Strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Professional knowledge of the Energy sector
