As a Cyber Resilience Delivery Lead, you translate the OT security strategy into tangible changes that protect the electricity network of the future. You will guide delivery teams across product lifecycle to create security platforms and capabilities that enable cleaner, more secure energy. You’ll balance governance with agile delivery to maximise value while avoiding technical debt. Your leadership will drive cross-functional collaboration and measurable outcomes aligned with SSE’s low-carbon mission. Responsibilities
- Lead delivery teams across the full product lifecycle to deliver on time, within budget, with clear outcomes
- Provide regular progress updates on performance and value against the roadmap
- Foster strong relationships with delivery teams and stakeholders to align complex interfaces
- Drive security technology solutions that deliver business value and support strategic priorities
- Manage 3rd party supplier relationships to ensure focused delivery and long-term value
- Ensure governance, cost control, and avoidance of technical debt while delivering at pace
Key requirements
- Experience delivering in a complex, regulated environment (OT Security or similar preferred)
- Proven track record leading multiple delivery teams
- Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies and related governance
- Ability to provide strategic leadership and build capability within the delivery teams
- Experience shaping business cases and delivering tangible benefits
