Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following base locations - Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, Inverness, Swindon, Melksham, Andover, Oxford, Portsmouth, Reading, Slough, Basingstoke, Poole, New Forest, Thatcham, West London or Aldershot/Petersfield.

The role: We are looking for experienced Business Change Managers to play a key role in our transformation journey. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives within a fast-paced change environment across people, process, and technology, ensuring change can land effectively, delivering meaningful business benefits. In this role, you'll partner closely with project teams, leaders, and impacted business areas to design, plan and embed structured change approaches, ensuring our people are informed, capable, and fully ready for change. You'll have the opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to our transformation journey working across a range of stakeholder groups.
Accountabilities:
- Ensure all relevant change activities are planned, aligned and delivered effectively, in line with the Business Change Framework to drive consistency and value in how change is managed.
- Create structured change journeys, guiding individuals and teams through transition.
- Work with training specialists to ensure fit‑for‑purpose training plans, materials and deployment approaches are developed and delivered for all impacted stakeholders.
- Act as a main point of contact for impacted business areas, helping shape and influence decisions, resolving issues, and support the business to fully adopt and sustain change.
- Encourage openness, collaboration and continuous improvement across the change community, supporting the business as changes move from deployment into BAU.
Travel to various sites will be required.
Qualification & Experience:
- Significant experience delivering business change across large‑scale transformational projects.
- A strong understanding of change management principles, project lifecycles, and governance frameworks.
- The ability to engage and influence effectively at senior stakeholder level.
- Experience working within regulated businesses or complex operational environments.
- A passion for innovation, continuous improvement and first class customer service.
