We are looking for 3 Traffic Management Drivers to join our busy team!
Responsibilities- Collecting, delivering and managing roadwork signs, barriers, and traffic safety equipment for highways and private sites.
- Carrying out Category A, B, and C inspections in line with NRSWA and Code of Practice, assessing signing, lighting, guarding, and reinstatement compliance.
- Recording inspection findings accurately using handheld devices or inspection software.
- Maintaining depot stock levels of traffic safety measures and signs for road works and coordinating with teams to ensure availability of traffic management equipment across locations.
- Performing driving and operational duties; assisting line teams using 4x4s, vans, lorries, and Hiab cranes, equipment installation, and material deliveries.
- Working out of hours when required to support the business in responding to faults overnight and at weekends, on a rotated basis.
- Previous experience in a similar role, holding a current UK driving licence, and qualified in NRSWA Street Works signing and guarding.
- Ability to perform physically demanding duties in all weathers with a 'can-do' attitude and excellent team working skills.
- HGV Class 2 and operating a Hiab desirable. HIAB Training and/or any experience of operating plant with relevant tickets/qualifications are advantageous.
