Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Reading or Havant

Salary: £78,400 - £117,600 + car /car allowance - if applicable + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: 12 month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The role

This is an opportunity to play a key role in strengthening the resilience of critical IT and operational technology services that support essential infrastructure across the SSE Group. You will lead the development of service continuity and recovery capability, working across teams to ensure systems remain secure, reliable and ready to respond to disruption. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, giving you the chance to shape how resilience is embedded into day-to-day operations and future change.

You will lead the development of resilience across IT and operational technology, helping to keep critical services safe, secure and reliable through the establishment of an IT/OT Service Continuity.
