Base Location: Perth, Glasgow Scotland / Reading, England. You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the offices.

Salary: £34,749 - £40,939 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: 6-month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available.

The role: A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant has arisen within our SSE Distribution team. This will be for a 6-month fixed term contract. You will report into the Managing Directors Executive Assistant while providing shared support to two Directors.

The successful candidate will be required to provide overall administrative support including:

  • Complex diary management
  • Booking of travel and accommodation
  • Organising team meetings and events

You Will:

  • Monitor and review emails, ensuring any actions/deadlines are met within the timeframes given.
  • Where relevant, produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
  • Additional admin duties will include processing of Purchase Orders, expenses/credit card expenditure, hospitality register as well as assisting with the on-boarding of new starters.

You Have:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant at Director level with reliability, discretion, and an understanding of confidential issues.
  • Impeccable organisational skills and a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create a positive work environment and build strong working relationships.
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Office 365 suite.
