Base Location: You will be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Havant or Reading.
Salary: £58,100 - £87,100 + performance-related bonus and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available.
The Role: The Cyber Security Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing a solution development team to realise the product roadmap through the use of relevant and best practice methodologies, ensuring effective control over costs and resourcing in order to enable the delivery of Security outcomes. A vital part of the role is delivering the requirements as per the sponsor/stakeholder expectations. Key to the role is to manage the operational aspects of the delivery teams.
- Manage the delivery of technology solutions with focus on tangible security outcomes in accordance with appropriate methodology.
- Management of 3rd parties, reviewing their performance, ensuring alignment with SSE ways of working and values, acting as a routine contact point between organisation and supplier.
You Will:
- Manage the delivery team to ensure that resultant deliveries meet the specified outcomes.
- Ensure that the Security strategy is adhered to, thus achieving commonality and ease of maintenance.
- Analyse problems, action and progress issues as appropriate, ensuring follow through to resolution.
- Present project goals and objectives to stakeholders.
- Capture defined delivery requirements from the product owner to ensure output meets expectations.
You Have:
- Deep expertise in cyber security and technical delivery.
- Extensive experience working on combined IT and security work with dedicated experience delivering within Cyber Security.
- Effective senior stakeholder and third-party relationship management.
- Experience in managing and leading technical teams to deliver.
