The role
As a Project Coordinator, you will interact with various stakeholders, including internal Design Managers and external regulatory agencies. Your responsibilities include ensuring information accuracy and updates, while maintaining compliance consistently.
The contracts team ensures Major Connection Contracts meet high standards and Guaranteed Standards. Joining this team, you will help manage a portfolio of Connections customers, offering effective service, addressing their expectations, and assisting with any inquiries.
You will
- Help oversee a portfolio of important connections clients and handle commercial financial questions.
- Maintain relationships and communication with key industry organisations and understand customer requirements.
- Manage internal relationships within the organisation acting as the voice of the customer.
- Assist Lead CCM and CCMs with Ad-Hoc Administrative tasks.
- Complete data entry and reporting along with inbox management.
You have
- Experience with relevant commercial contracts.
- Knowledge of our regulatory operating environment.
- Proven ability in problem-solving and challenging established processes.
- Experience managing stakeholders and customers in large financial transactions.
- Strong organisational skills that enable meeting deadlines.
