The predicted salary is between 35200 - 52800 £ per year.

Base Location: Flexible, however our preference is that you will be based in one of our key UK sites, which includes but is not limited to: Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen, Inverness, Reading or Havant.

Salary: £35,200 - £52,800 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible Working options available.

The role involves:

  • Undertaking assessments across project delivery to ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Ensuring design, consenting and build works are defect free throughout the project lifecycle through regular checkpoints and reviews.
  • Reviewing and validating activity at regular intervals to ensure that suppliers’ activities are consistent and meet required specifications.
  • Providing written reports with recommendations based on assurance activity findings and developing portfolio/programme/project-level reports with appropriate analysis providing updates on the performance of the work.
  • Overseeing and supporting project related compliance and reporting activities to ensure that LCD has effective policies, processes and practices in place to meet its obligations.

You have:

  • A solid understanding of quality improvement frameworks and project assurance requirements.
  • A strong sense of areas of assurance to investigate and plan appropriate tasks based on your experience.
  • The ability to form effective working relationships across teams and stakeholders; and work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality and auditing procedures within similar sized organisations.
