We are looking a General Enquiries Advisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Our General Enquiries Advisors are at the heart of our business; you're often the first person our customers speak to, and we need passionate, enthusiastic individuals like you to join our team.

  • You Will
  • Take General Enquiries calls from customers requesting minor maintenance work on the network, logging the details and scheduling work whilst managing the customers needs and expectations
  • Support our emergency team by taking emergency calls
  • Send reminders to customers regarding jobs booked
  • Complete customer call-backs and closing jobs
  • Record and resolve complaints as well as logging and highlighting damage to the network

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, demonstrating excellent listening skills
  • Be adaptable to using different databases
  • Have excellent time management skills
  • Be a team player with good interpersonal skills
