Reporting to the Lead Land Consents Manager as well as internal and external clients, you will be responsible for securing, maintaining and managing strategic land and property rights for linear electrical apparatus and ground mounted plant for a wide range of projects. In undertaking this key role and accelerating delivery of large-scale capex and connections projects you will play an important part in helping us achieve Net Zero.
You will:

- Work closely with the LCD project teams to identify project need and ensure projects are delivered lawfully.
You have:

- Knowledge of relevant consents, and experience in securing both voluntary and statutory consents for large-scale utilities projects.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Experience of working with and securing agreements from key stakeholders, such as landowners, tenants, local authorities and other third parties.
- Knowledge of associated environmental legislation.

To enable you to fulfil these responsibilities, as a role requirement, the company will provide access to a vehicle for work‑related travel.
