Base Location: Swindon or Andover

Salary: £43,704 – £51,484 + car/cash allowance and a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Onsite

You Will

  • Leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet regulatory standards.
  • Overseeing daily operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Managing team performance across safety, compliance, training and welfare, using internal systems to monitor and report progress.
  • Driving productivity improvements while maintaining quality and compliance.
  • Handling core people management responsibilities such as absence, holidays and resource planning to ensure delivery targets are met.

You Will Have

  • Proven experience in managing operational teams, ideally in a field-based or industrial environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to performance management, with confidence in using data and IT systems to drive results.
  • Industry knowledge of electricity distribution is beneficial, but candidates from other sectors with transferable skills and a passion for leading teams in a fast-paced operational setting are welcome.
  • Due to travel requirements, you will need a full driving licence to travel within the Licenced area.
