SSE is recruiting a Senior Change Manager to lead and embed change across our Distribution transformation portfolio, helping to deliver agile ways of working and enhanced operational effectiveness, with base locations including Melksham and several other sites.
You will collaborate with delivery teams and senior stakeholders to design comprehensive change plans, conduct impact analyses, coordinate communications and training, and define adoption KPIs to secure long-term benefits.
